Right now we're primarily looking for the founding-team-adjacent hires: full-stack engineer with TypeScript + Postgres, design-engineer with strong product taste, and an ops + community lead who's been close to fundraising before.

Most of the work is async. We meet face-to-face for problems async can't solve — design discovery, hard trade-offs, leadership pulls.
Bands published internally. No backchannel negotiation. Salary + meaningful equity + India + US health benefits where applicable.
Every engineer + designer + PM does a paid 'fundraising sit-along' once a quarter — actual founders, actual pitches. Distance from the user is the bug.
